- Sourcing: We source hair from South Indian temples after checking for bundle density, length, strength, and hair color.
- Sorting: Hair sorting is done according to color separation and length sizing.
- Triple Head Stitching: The triple head stitching has an inbuilt glue box.
- First Wash: The hair is washed using excellent-quality shampoo to remove the dirt on the hair.
- Pre- or First Heckling Process: After washing and drying the hair, the heckling process is conducted.
- Final Hackling: During this process, the hair is segregated according to color, texture, and length.
- Double Wefting Machine: The glue-applied weft is stitched into double weft and checked for any lice and knits.
- Final Inspection: Checking of the product is done for shading and any lice or knits.
